JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a mid-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 6-month mission.
With a team transition ahead, we need someone to step in and fully own recruitment across Tech and GTM teams. You’ll be hands-on from day one, running end-to-end hiring processes with speed and care and acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
Your key responsibilities
- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment from kick-off to offer: partner with hiring managers to define role needs, run structured interviews and close candidates quickly and thoughtfully.
- Run outbound sourcing campaigns to build high-quality candidate pipelines, you’ll be hands-on with sourcing tools and outreach strategies.
- Drive structured hiring practices by leading kick-off meetings, building scorecards and supporting the setup of structured interview processes across roles.
- Deliver smooth, high-touch candidate experiences with timely communication, clear expectations and supportive closing moments that reflect our values.
- Ensure ATS hygiene and process rigor: keep every role and candidate up to date in our ATS (Teamtailor) with clear documentation and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers: sync weekly to share progress, flag blockers and proactively recommend solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying small but impactful ways to improve our recruitment operations or employer brand throughout your time with us.

WHAT YOU HAVE...
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience (either RPO or in-house)
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience (from sourcing to closing)
- Experience working as a TA in a tech environment
- Proficient in both French and English (you’ll be working in an international team and some candidates will be non-French speaking)
- Based in France and available by early September
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for both GTM and Tech roles
- Previous freelance or CDD experience
- Familiar with Teamtailor
