JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive for France to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within our core market (with deals exceeding 30K ARR). The ideal candidate will take a proactive, results-driven approach to building and nurturing relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Your key responsabilities
- Take ownership of the sales process: lead every step of the sales journey from prospecting to closing, including discovery, demo, and pricing calls. Showcase Shipup’s value by tailoring solutions to meet each prospect’s needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships: build and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Engage cross-functionally: partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to share insights on customer needs, market trends, and effective acquisition strategies.
- Gain in-depth market knowledge: develop a thorough understanding of the French market and competitive landscape.
- Deliver results with agility: excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, focusing on efficient deal closures while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed on SaaS trends: keep up-to-date with the latest SaaS developments and Sales best practices.
What you have...
- +5 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of prospecting and closing deals within the French market.
- A significant sales experience on a SaaS product.
- Known for your resilience and unwavering drive for success, balanced by a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a level of empathy and adaptability
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluent in French and able to work in English, allowing you to thrive in an international environment.
