For online retailers, a bad post-purchase experience is a costly nightmare: it hurts customer satisfaction, online reputation, and repeat purchase rate while inflating the volume of complaints to customer service.
We’re a SaaS company that tracks online retailers’ orders in real-time to make online shopping less stressful. Customers are happier, complain less, and buy again more.

We work with more than 300 brands in Europe and North America, including some very successful digital native brands (Cheerz, Blissim, Withings, Feed, Respire, Aime, Na-Kd, Ssense, Ysé, A.P.C. …) while others are larger, more traditional accounts (Leclerc, Carrefour, Go Sport, Yves Rocher, Zadig & Voltaire, Petit Bateau, etc…).
In 2022: Shipup announced that Global Blue had acquired a majority stake in the company while staying an independent structure.

Your Key Responsibilities
As part of the Global Marketing team, your role is to leverage the brand and deliver high-quality design. You will collaborate with different people in the company to make sure that Shipup stays a top-of-mind company and keeps the brand up to date design-wise. You will be the referent in terms of design, you will develop our in-house creative studio.
Strategy
- Continue to shape the brand identity, develop guidelines, and ensure consistency in every aspect of the company.
- Develop our Podcast to reach recognition in our market. Being a top-of-mind when it comes to post-purchase.
- Increase engagement and brand awareness on social media and beyond.
Operational
- Work with the team to create innovative concepts and campaigns.
- Support the Growth Marketing Manager by creating, and updating external campaigns and documents.
- Lead design meetings and brainstorms to deliver high-quality designs for Field & acquisition events.
- Be proactive and own projects to increase brand awareness and engagement through social media.
- Supervise creative resources on daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets, from freelancers to suppliers, etc.
- Evaluate trends, assess new tools, and keep up-to-date with the latest innovations.

What you have…
- You have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, or in the media or creative agency
- You master the Adobe suite including, After Effect, and Premiere Pro.
- You have a strong web culture and are the first to be informed about new graphics, design, tools, and trends.
- Understanding of brand content, copy & storytelling.
- Fluent level of English (verbal & written)
- You are independent, proactive, and not afraid to take on responsibility and ownership.
- Filming and production skills are a plus.
