We work with more than 500 brands in Europe and North America, including some very successful digital native brands (Purple Carrot, Peak Design, SSENSE, Volcom).
In 2022: Shipup announces that Global Blue has acquired a majority stake in the company while staying an independent structure, predominately based in our Paris HQ, and we are expanding our US team rapidly.Â

YOUR MISSIONS AND ROLE
This role is a V.I.E contract:Â The V.I.E is an international internship program allowing companies based in France to send young Europeans on a working assignment abroad for a period of 18 months.
Reporting to TĂŠrence, our COO and co-founder (in charge of US Sales, Operations, and Partnership) and working from our US office, we are looking for a self-starter whoâs not afraid to take the initiative while working hand-in-hand with our teams in New York and Paris.
You will:
- Report and pilot US development, Ops, and Partnership globally with TĂŠrence
- Lead research and be part of the decision process of the company strategy
- Kick-start projects from 0 to 1. Initiatives can be cross-department projects or focused on admin, sales, sales ops, analytics, partnership, or marketing.
- Create efficient collaboration between the US and EU offices to accelerate Shipup's global expansion.
- Fill in temporary gaps in the organizational chart (we are still a startup).
- Become the main point of contact for the HR team in France and help onboard new hires.
- Voice questions and concerns from any team or individual to the COO and challenge the COOâs decisions.
