For online retailers, a poor post-purchase experience is a costly nightmare: it drags down customer satisfaction, online reputation, and repeat purchase rate while inflating the volume of complaints at customer support.
Shipup is a SaaS company that tracks in real-time the orders and deliveries of online retailers in order to create a seamless, branded, and reassuring post-purchase experience (proactive and live notifications, customized tracking pages, customer surveys at delivery…).
Shipup works with more than 400 brands in Europe and North America, some of which are very successful digitally native brands (Cheerz, Blissim, Withings, Feed., Le Petit Ballon, Respire, Aime, Na-Kd, Ssense, Ysé, A.P.C. …) while others are larger, more traditional accounts (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarché, Go Sport, Yves Rocher…).
Today it’s a 60 people company that envisions a world where brands keep their promises along the entire customer journey.
In 2022: Shipup announces that Global Blue has acquired a majority stake in the company while staying an independent structure.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead a team of 4 Account Executives in driving sales growth in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, as well as experience managing and coaching sales teams.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of 4 Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance to help them meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for Shipup’s expansion into the European markets, particularly UK-I, France, and the Nordics. This includes identifying key target accounts and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and priorities.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including implementing new tools and technologies where appropriate.
- Represent Shipup at trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed.

What you have...
You could be a good fit if
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- 2+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams, focusing on driving performance and growth.
- Experience in the SaaS e-commerce market, particularly in the UK-I markets preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English, and ideally in French and/or one other European language.
