Senior Growth Marketing Manager
At Shipup, our mission is to create a seamless, proactive and branded post-purchase experience for online retailers. 🛍
If you are used to buying online, you probably already went through the experience of losing your nerve for an order that encounters multiple incidents. For online retailers, a poor post-purchase experience is a costly nightmare: it drags down customer satisfaction, online reputation, and repeat purchase rate while inflating the volume of complaints at customer support.
Shipup is a SaaS company that tracks in real-time the orders and deliveries of online retailers in order to create a seamless, branded, and reassuring post-purchase experience (proactive and live notifications, customized tracking pages, customer surveys at delivery…). Thanks to Shipup, ordering online is less stressful. Online shoppers are more satisfied, they complain less and buy again more.
Shipup works with more than 400 brands in Europe and North America, some of which are very successful digitally native brands (Cheerz, Blissim, Withings, Feed., Le Petit Ballon, Respire, Aime, Na-Kd, Ssense, Ysé, A.P.C. …) while others are larger, more traditional accounts (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarché, Go Sport, Yves Rocher…).
Today it’s a 55+ people company that envisions a world where brands keep their promises along the entire customer journey.
In 2022: Shipup announces that Global Blue has acquired a majority stake in the company while staying an independent structure.

To support the scaling of our business, we’re looking for an experienced, data-driven, senior growth marketer with a proven track record in paid acquisition and end-to-end conversion rate optimization (CRO) to join the Global Marketing team.
Reporting to Candice, our Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive the pipeline from a mid-market/Enterprise key account list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing). This role will set up an ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating the success of campaigns. - Develop our traffic acquisition model to bring qualified traffic and optimize our paid acquisition channels’ mix and strategy.
- Define and optimize key performance metrics, own activation and retention metrics and work towards improving them, by identifying gaps in the funnel, devising experiments to plug gaps, and doubling down on successful experiments.
- Design and create the most efficient demand generation process. Partner with the SEO content marketing, the Field marketer, and the data/ops marketer to achieve acquisition goals across all performance marketing channels.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of our funnels with our business analyst in order to make our conversion rate grow.
- Drive revenue growth by aligning sales and marketing teams to create a uniform approach to revenue goals.
📅 Your day-to-day missions will be:

- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating applications/forms.
- Design effective A/B and multivariate tests across the end-to-end demand generation and conversion journeys, analyze test results to provide relevant insights and make recommendations based on outcomes/results.
- Own coordination of an action plan to improve the overall conversion strategy for our customer acquisition funnels, including inbound & outbound marketing optimization, web personalization, and segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates and the customer experience in each market.
- Plan and execute direct-response paid media campaigns on Google / LinkedIn / Gartner and other paid online platforms, managing budgets of more than $10,000 per month.
