Shipup is a SaaS company that tracks in real-time the orders and deliveries of online retailers in order to create a seamless, branded, and reassuring post-purchase experience (proactive and live notifications, customized tracking pages, customer surveys at delivery…). Thanks to Shipup, ordering online is less stressful. Online shoppers are more satisfied, they complain less and buy again more.
Shipup works with more than 400 brands in Europe and North America, some of which are very successful digitally native brands (Cheerz, Blissim, Withings, Feed., Le Petit Ballon, Respire, Aime, Na-Kd, Ssense, Ysé, A.P.C. …) while others are larger, more traditional accounts (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarché, Go Sport, Yves Rocher…).

In 2022: Shipup announces that Global Blue has acquired a majority stake in the company while staying an independent structure.

As our Marketing Manager, you will get involved in creating and running marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, creating landing pages and writing blog content, and organizing partnership events.
Reporting to Candice, our Marketing Director, you will support and collaborate with our SEO content, Growth, and Field managers.
📅 Your day-to-day missions will be:
Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, case studies, brochures, and other content marketing channels the business might leverage.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns (marketing email, social media, ads campaigns, etc) including setting the segmentation, testing, and campaign analysis.
Organize promotional partner events and Tradeshows, from the communication campaign to the logistics of D-day.
Partner with our creative director, other internal stakeholders, and external partners to promote and schedule the most performing social media content.
Create and manage ad campaigns, create landing pages, and optimize existing ones.
Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings with management from your campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity.
⚒️ Long-term objectives:
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan and marketing team (in collaboration with our SEO content, Growth, and Field managers).
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.
Create and execute a strong performance social media strategy & execution plan
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, drive collaboration with the stakeholders and leverage the right internal processes.
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Plan and manage our social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram)

You have a minimum of 2-4 years in a prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
You are highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website management.
You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
You’d like to own and develop your skills in content, events, partnerships, ad campaigns, and overall SaaS marketing
You speak fluently French or English
