Weāre looking for our Content & SEO ManagerĀ who will be responsible for the entire development of English editorial and SEO strategy.Ā Your responsibilities will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness andĀ monitoring web traffic & metrics to identify best practices.
You must oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.Ā Ā Ā

It will be an operational & strategy role, as you'll have runningĀ tasks such as copywriting but also strategic projects when you'll plan your SEO and content strategy.Ā
Depending on your progress, you will be able to grow as a lead or expert. As the team is still new, you will grow along with the company.
Main missions
- Plan, develop and implement our English SEO strategy to generate leads. Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business targets. Create a diverse array of marketing content: white papers, case studies, testimonials, customer newsletters, etc
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic. Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the best streamlining of content production.
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audienceās attention. Create and publish engaging content and optimize content according to SEO.
- Identify and monitor key SEO and content KPIs to improve performances. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify & prioritize key content initiatives. Execute content deliverables that align with the customer journey and the business goals.

You could be a good fit if
- You have excellent writing skills with flawless spelling, grammar, and syntax. Your pen is your best ally!
- You are a native English speaker or you have extensive experience publishing public-facing content in English.
- You master the bestĀ SEO practices to write creative copy with effective keyword placement
- You have a proven work experience in a Content manager role in an environment close to ours (SaaS or e-Commerce).
- You haveĀ great interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with sales, leadership, product, and customer success teams
